SWARM Team (Anti-Bullying Ambassadors)
Our SWARM Team is made up of dedicated pupils from Progression Steps 2 and 3 who act as our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors. Led by Jax, a member of our Year 6 Leadership Team, SWARM members play an important role in promoting kindness, inclusion and positive relationships across the school.
Pupils proudly wear their SWARM high-visibility jackets so they can be easily identified on the playground. They support learners on both the Upper and Lower Phase yards, helping children to resolve disagreements using our restorative circle approach. Following training from Mrs Young, SWARM members are equipped with the skills to support younger learners, encourage friendships, lead playground games and help ensure that everyone feels happy, safe and included during break times.
