Hello everybody!
School starts at 8.50am and ends at 3.20pm. Our class entrance and exit point is the big door towards the right-hand side of the big playground. Please wait outside for the teachers to arrive at the door for collecting and dismissing the children.
Important Information:
Healthy Snack will be available for your child, from the Snack Trolley on the yard at breaktime.
There is a cost of 20p a day. We encourage the children to be independent with their money, and keep it in their drawers or lockers.
All pupils are given their own plastic cup, which they can use regularly through the day to access drinking water.
Please bring Reading Books into school every day.
Your child will be given regular spelling words to bring home. Please practise these to support your child’s progress.
PE will be on a Tuesday, with Mr. Jones. PE may be outside if possible, or indoors if the weather is bad. Pupils must wear PE kit into School on PE days.
If your child is ill then please inform the School Office on the first day of absence.
The children will each have a locker this year – which they are very excited about! Please only bring essential items into school. Your coat, bags and lunch.
Please label all items clearly to avoid confusion, especially jumpers and cardigans!
If you have any questions or queries then please private message us via Class Dojo or ring the School Office on 01792 792478.
Thank you!

AUTUMN TERM:
Our Autumn Term topic is Terrible Tudors.
We are learning a whole variety of Humanities skills, based on the Tudor Period. This will be lots of fun!

Thank you.
SPRING TERM:
Our Spring Term topic is Clash of the Dragons.
This topic focuses on the Humanities Area of Learning with elements of Health & Well-Being, and Expressive Arts.
This topic will be heavily-led by Pupil Voice, where the children will have the opportunity to share their ideas.
During this topic, the children will have the chance to learn about China and Wales, exploring similarities and differences.
We will use a range of stories to help us explore this topic.
