Y6 Pupil Leadership Team

 

Senior Pupils

Our Senior Pupils are ambassadors for the school who lead by example and embody our school motto of being Ready, Respectful and Safe. They help to lead school assemblies, welcome visitors and are trusted by staff to represent the school positively at all times. As role models, they inspire and support younger pupils across our school community.

 

Leadership Team

The Leadership Team supports our Senior Pupils in carrying out leadership responsibilities across the school. They act as positive role models, promote our school values and regularly help and encourage younger learners. Members of the team play an active role in making our school a welcoming and supportive place for everyone.

Mini TA’s

Mini TAs are caring and responsible pupils who support younger learners during key transition times, such as lunchtime and home time. They are often called upon by staff to help younger children with routines, guidance and reassurance. Through their kindness and leadership, they provide excellent role models for younger pupils.

SWARM Lead

The SWARM Team are our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors who promote positive relationships and inclusive play during break and lunchtime. They support pupils in resolving minor disagreements through restorative circle approaches and help everyone feel safe, valued and included. SWARM members also encourage friendships and lead games across the playground.
